Up to one clip a day, and a short film.
Up to one clip a day, and a short film.
Up to one clip a day, a last short film, and the end of the story inside your product.
This is the entry ticket. After eight weeks, we go over the first insights together, and you decide whether you want to continue.
Up to 150 short clips and four short films of three to four minutes. They belong to you, and you can reuse them for your promotion, at festivals or as bonus content.
It grows on your channels, it stays with you, and it will be there for your next release.
You will know what really works for your universe: which kind of video brings your audience back, and on which platform. These are not guesses but the measured results of every video you publish.
Characters, places and episodes that did not exist before, which become material for what comes next: a new season, a DLC, a spin-off or a second book.
Every work has characters we have crossed paths with without ever really getting to know them. By telling their story, we deepen a universe that already exists: the people who love it finally find something new in it, and those who don’t know it yet discover it through an unexpected door that leads all the way to the work itself.
A character appears in chapter 4 and is never seen again, yet readers remember them. For six months, we find them again and show on video what they live through while the main story goes on. Readers who grew attached to them finally learn more, and everyone else discovers the novel through them. The end of their story unlocks with a code printed on the last page of the new edition.
A character every player has walked past without ever talking to: a merchant, a guard, someone who lives in town. We tell what they do when the player isn’t around, until they become someone you want to follow. Their last scene unlocks when you finish the game, or in the next DLC.
A secondary character from season 1 whose fate nobody knows. We follow their journey during the wait, and the months without episodes become an appointment rather than a gap. What happens to them next is revealed in the first episode of season 2.
One of the villain’s henchmen, on screen for only a few seconds. We tell where he comes from, why he is there and what he thinks of the one he serves, and the film stays in the conversation for months after it leaves theaters. The end of his story arrives with the Blu-ray edition or the streaming release.
The method is the same, but the calendar and the goal change.

The audience has moved on. The campaign brings attention back to your universe through a character people barely know, and prepares your next step: a re-release, a DLC, a streaming launch or a new season. It can start right away.

It works like an advent calendar counting down to your release: the universe opens three months before, with one clip a day and no title or date at first. On release day, your audience already knows the characters and is waiting for the work, and the key to the last chapter is in the first edition. This kind of campaign is prepared nine to twelve months before release.
You share with me what makes your universe what it is: its story, its rules, its no-gos, your characters’ voices and what the audience must not know yet. I write every clip within that frame, without ever touching the main story.
your bible, your canon, your no-gos and your characters’ voices.
the entry character, every clip, every short film, the places and the faces. Everything goes through the same person, from start to finish.
every video before it is published. You get two rounds of revisions and a veto within 48 hours. If there is no reply after that, the video is published.
A series built from nothing, with no IP and no media budget, by one person. 3,433 followers in six months, and an audience asking for Chapter Two.
Yes, the images and the motion. The writing, the direction, the choice of every shot and the approval are human, and that’s me. You can judge the result on Still Human: it’s the same.
You do. Everything produced is assigned to you in full by contract, with no limit on duration or territory. I only keep the right to show the work in my portfolio.
We start from your style guide and your references. Faces, places and style are locked in the first month and approved by you before the first post. If your universe is drawn, nothing happens without the author’s approval.
You do, on your channels. I deliver every clip ready to post, with its caption. No social media team? We add one.
In week 8, we go over the first insights together. They don’t tell the whole story yet (on Still Human, it took four months to see real results), but they show the trend. If you want to continue, we sign the next four months. If not, we stop there: you keep the clips, the character and everything we have learned about your audience. There is no commitment beyond the Opening.
For a work already released, right now. For an upcoming work, ideally nine to twelve months before.
That’s the way in. Thirty minutes is enough to find them.
